Finding an electric moped / scooter? - electric pedal moped

My friend recently bought an electric scooter / moped (the pedals can be connected or not), but I did find a hard time, one for the same price, he managed to get (to £ 220)

He bought the scooter is legally possible, without license / road tax, and can, as long as the driver of 14 years, the electric scooter.

Does anyone know somewhere in the British company that sells scooters cheap?
